Welcome to the website for the Thomas H. Owen, Heartland Fire Training Facility. Located in El Cajon California, this facility provides ongoing training for the cities of Alpine, Bonita, El Cajon, La Mesa, Lemon Grove and Santee; the fire protection districts of Lakeside and San Miguel; and contract agency Viejas.

 21st Academy will start mid January 2011.
