| COURSE DESCRIPTION: This course provides the company officer with information and experience in command and control techniques at the scene of an emergency. The course provides in-depth analysis of the principles of fire control through utilization of personnel, equipment, pre-planning fire problems, and extinguishing agents on the fire ground. This course reviews fire chemistry, methods of fire attack, and basic fire fighting tactics and strategy. Prerequisite: None DATES: September 20-24 -- Last day to cancel with refund is 9.06.10 TIME: 0830-1700 LOCATION: Heartland Fire Training Facility, 1301 N.
