| COURSE DESCRIPTION: This is the first of a three-course series. Topics
include methods and techniques for training in accordance with the latest
concepts in career education; selecting, adapting, organizing, and using
instructional materials appropriate for teaching cognitive lessons; criteria
and methods to evaluate teaching and learning efficiency; and an opportunity
to apply major principles of learning through teaching demonstrations. Students must have their Miramar College Admission application on file prior to class (www.sdmiramar.edu); mandatory college registration for this course will take place in class on first day. College enrollment fees are not included in fee listed below. This is the State's new class for Instructor. If you completed Instructor Training 1A (old curriculum), you take THIS class to satisfy Instructor Training 1B (old curriculum). Limited time to complete.
